These are the current selections. If you have specific batting requests, please jot it down in the message section above so we can discuss. Let me know if you have a specific color choice as well. I’m happy to discuss other options. If you choose to send your own we’ll need to discuss this as well, as not all battings are created equal.

Thread Preferences – Check all that apply *

I typically use a 40 weight Glide thread which is a trilobal polyester. I find this thread gives me the best results with my machine. This is a shiny thread. If you want something more matte and/or a cotton-like look, Glide also makes a 50 weight polyester. Please specify. These two are the best options in my opinion. If you want cotton thread I don’t have a large stock on hand, but will be more than happy to order what you want which may take a bit more time to get.

Completion Date *

Please indicate the date you would like to have your quilt completed and returned to you. I have a fairly quick turnaround time of about 2 weeks at this time, but anything quicker than this may not be possible.

Return Shipping – Select Dropdown

I use USPS Priority shipping to return quilts (if not arranging pickup locally). It comes with $50 of insurance and a tracking number. Please indicate below if you would like me to purchase additional insurance on your behalf (added to invoice when work is complete).

Backing Fabric *

Please describe your backing fabric. Is it cotton, minky, flannel, etc. Is your backing fabric pieced? Just make sure it’s as square as possible and is at least 8″ wider and longer than your quilt top.

Backing Fabric Acknowledgement *

I acknowledge my backing fabric meets the minimum size requirement for my quilt top(s).

In order to give you the best results possible, please ensure your backing fabric is a total of 8″ wider and 8″ longer than your quilt top. This gives me at least 4″ of margin on each side of the quilt top. Your backing can be larger but not smaller.
